I'm trying to access the data from live person to build dashboards around the chat metrics. I was able to use the Rest Client on Mozilla Firefox to access the API via the Oauth. I get the 200 ok and the data populates in to the response tabs, but it is in the format of a .gz file. I'm not sure as to what i'm suppose to do with this or how to open/access it. Can someone please explain the next step here? I'm i not putting in a correct header or body items in my GET request? I have been searching for hours on this site and the web but cant find much info, only couple products to extract the .gz files. but im not even sure how to get the live person data in to those programs. Any help would be great.
