I have recently created some additional canned responses through the Admin console. Both manually and by uploading a CSV file. It accepted them and everything went smoothly until I check the available canned responses available for the chat agents to use. The new canned statements are not available. I've checked to see if they are disabled, and that is not the case. I am at a loss as to what the issue could be. It feels like it is something simple but I was just hoping to find some help in fixing this issue. Any help is appreciated.
