Remove Expired Users

We need a way to pull a report to determine users that haven't used the program for over a year. We can determine who has used the program, but not those who have not used the program.  We need to be able to audit and remove logins that are no longer needed.

The reports only include those who have chatted, but not those who do not chat, like QA, managers, etc...
